2. Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes where stated.
• We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value where a specific product is unavailable.
• A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order.

3. Pricing & payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate; in the rare event of an error, we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Personalised items

Personalised and engraved products are made to your specification. Please check spelling and details carefully, as these items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun unless faulty.

5. Alcohol

Hampers containing alcohol are sold only to persons aged 18 or over. By ordering, you confirm you and the recipient are of legal age.

6. Delivery & risk

Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery and Refunds & Guarantee pages.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
