We take great care to ensure your hamper arrives in perfect condition, wherever in the world it's heading.

Dispatch times

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Personalised and engraved hampers may require an additional 1–3 business days for production.

UK delivery

• Standard tracked delivery: 2–4 business days.
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• A signature may be required, particularly for hampers containing alcohol.

International delivery

• We ship worldwide via tracked courier services.
• Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days depending on destination.
• Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Some items (such as alcohol) may be restricted in certain countries; we'll contact you if any item cannot be shipped to your destination.

Gifting

Sending directly to a recipient? Simply enter their address at checkout and add a gift message. We never include prices or invoices inside the parcel.

Age verification

Hampers containing alcohol can only be sold to and received by adults aged 18 or over. By ordering, you confirm that both you and the recipient meet this requirement.
